Shipping Policies

*Free Shipping offer applies to delivery addresses in the lower 48 states and ground service only. This offer does not apply to any destinations outside the continental US or expedited options.

Domestic: All standard orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of the date of sale (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Expedited orders need to be placed before 1 p.m. CST Monday-Friday for same day shipping. If an expedited order is placed after 1 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders shipping by truck will not be guaranteed for same day shipment. Atlexo will not ship to a P.O. Box for any reason. We reserve the right to select shipping Companies for the most efficient and timely delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Freight quotes are available upon request.

International orders: Each destination country charges customs clearance, duty and administrative fees on shipments containing dutiable items. Dutiable means that an item is subject to local taxes. We do not have any way of knowing if an item is dutiable in your country. Please contact your local authorities for additional information. The recipient is responsible for any and all customs, duty or brokerage fees due upon delivery.
